- Amy’s Picnic Area – 1.1 miles (1.7 km) – 22 minute walk 😀 lots to love including peaceful area with beautiful views, picnic benches and parasols and a bike rack 😞 slightly out of town, toilets = bushes nearby!
- Abbey Park – 0.2 miles (300 metres) – 5 minute walk 😀 large space surrounded by trees, close to town centre, views of Glastonbury Abbey and the Tor, play area 😞 toilets
- Avalon Orchard – 1.2 miles (1.9 km) – 27 minute walk 😀 quiet space amongst apple trees, close to the Tor 😞 longer walk or park and ride from town centre, sloping uneven ground
- Bride’s Mound – 1.1 miles (1.7 km) – 21 minute walk 😀 quiet open countryside space, historical interest 😞 out of town centre
- Bushy Coombe – 0.6 miles (900 metres) – 14 minute walk 😀 close to town centre, amazing views, amazing trees, short walk from the Tor 😞 up hill hike to enjoy best space and views
- Cinnamon Lane – 0.9 miles (1.4 km) – 18 minute walk 😀 large open space, great play area 😞 out of town
- Fair Field – 0.8 miles (1.2 km) – 19 minute walk 😀 large open space beneath the Tor
- Glastonbury Abbey – town centre 😀 36 acres of beautiful parkland, peaceful space, seasonal café offering range of snacks and beverages (including Abbey cider!), toilets, lots to see and do before and after picnic, historical interest 😞 admission costs
- Glastonbury Tor – 1.1 miles (1.7 km) – 28 minute walk 😀 amazing panoramic views, historical interest 😞 limited space at the summit can get busy in summer months, up hill climb with lots of steps, walk or park and ride from town centre, popular with people practicing the bongos and bagpipes

- Glastonbury Tor – Money Box Field – 1.1 miles (1.7 km) – 26 minute walk – 😀 beneath the Tor, occasional ice cream van, great for people/pilgrim watching 😞 away from town centre accessible via a walk or park and ride, field occasionaly home to sheep
- Wearyall Hill – 0.8 miles (1.2 km) – 17 minute walk 😀 amazing views, not far from town centre, historical site 😞 stiff climb up hill
