Founded by Mark Ross, a professional actor for 20 years and a keen wine lover. Mark decided to launch The Green Room following his alarm at the amount of additives that are included in the making of traditional wines, most crucially animal extracts, which can include blood and bone marrow. For the sum of one penny you can join a local revolution in food purchasing. Once you join, you are responsible for weighing and paying for your food yourself. You purchase and consume what you need, and choose it yourself.
